We promise that we will only use your data for the purposes supplied, that is to communicate with you in relation to this course and our service. We will never release your data to a third party.

Because you trade through an independent platform of your own choice, we will only have your trading details if you choose to supply them for our comments. In this case, we will only hold such details until we have adequately answered any questions you may have.

All of payments are processed using a third party secure payment provider and no credit or debit card details are collected or stored by FX Professional.

Cancellation of membership

Memberships will be cancelled with immediate effect so that any future subscription payments not yet collected will not be collected.

However any subscription payments collected prior to the cancellation request being received cannot be refunded.

Refund Policy

FX Professional course carries a guarantee, the details of which can be found on the guarantee page.

The terms of the guarantee are that we guarantee to identify at least 3 successful trades per week on the GBP/USD market using the course techniques that we teach. We will publish these trades on a weekly video on our site for you to watch and if we are not able to identify this many trades every week then we will offer you a complete refund.
