We believe that our course is the most comprehensive on the market, and because you have it all available online, you can constantly refer back to any part of it. We also know that you only get real experience from trading, it comes over time, and that you need to make sure that you don’t buy that experience through loss-making trades. So we offer an on-going support package. Depending which payment option you choose the support is included within the monthly option or with the other payment option you can choose as much or as little support as you need.
It’s free in the trial period and it’s entirely your choice as to whether you want to continue it.
When you first join, we will allocate an experienced trader to you who is your prime point of contact and your personal trading mentor. They will go through your situation with you, what you want to achieve, the time per day you have available, how you want to fit it in with your lifestyle, how much you want to make and how quickly! We then create a personal development plan tailored to your needs, which is a work template for you to achieve your goals. Once you have been through the course, which takes 5 – 6 hours, we will help you set up your software and a spread betting account, which is entirely independent of FX Professional. Next is to start trading, which is the most difficult part initially. So every day, we have a video on the site showing what our own traders did the previous day, using exactly the same system you will be using, with a full analysis of why they made their decisions. This allows you to validate your own decisions – and that is the whole key to the value of our support, that you know you are making the right decisions, that on average, 8 times out of 10, will make you a profit. We are also available to contact by email at any time, with whatever questions you have. You can show us what you are thinking and we will point out any mistakes or agree that your trade set-up is good. What we can’t do is tell you what to trade or what we are trading in advance, but we can give you very fast feedback on your own trades, and indeed our own. You will also have access to members’ forums if you wish, a live chat support window with traders, and on-line support through most of the day and night.
